This role is a key member of the business leadership team, providing generalist HR guidance, support and driving the achievement of business goals through workforce development, from hire to retire.

Najib Develops and drives the implementations of an HR strategy that is aligned with the strategic direction and goals of the organization. Consult and partner in organizational design, transformation, and change management initiatives. Develop effective talent acquisition and workforce planning programs that align with the needs of the organization. Implement and manage the performance review program as well as training, learning and development activities. Manage overall and ongoing working relationship with the labor union, including administration and negotiation of the collective bargaining labor agreement.

He Manages salary and incentive planning process as well as the payroll and time keeping system. 
Develop progressive and cost-effective benefits programs and employee awareness of total compensation directly and through advisors. Oversee the wellness initiative. Develop, maintain, and ensure utilization of all HR information systems. Drive HR best practices by continually staying abreast and educated on new programs and practices that will impact the team and organization. Oversee organizational compliance with all employment-related federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. Evaluate and advise leadership team on the impact of regulatory changes on operations. Manage the HR Operations function and ensure processes are clear and efficient. Manage and develop the Human Resources team. Manage employer of choice strategy.
